Easy Weight Gain Tips

Weight Gain Insecurities I’ve gained weight. When it 1st happened, I didn’t know fairly how to manage it. Rather than confront the situation, I ignored it. The weight crept on. I grew to become a stress eater. Looking back on it, I realize that I ate in reaction to stress. As a new independent author, I was inexperienced with controlling and balancing my deadlines.
