Panasonic is coming up with a new budget phone Panasonic T31 which is an Android based Smart phone. The phone is powered with 1.3 GHz dual core brand with an internal RAM of 512 MB and also with a 4 GB inbuilt storage. Nevertheless an extra storage of 32GB can be added to the micro SD card.The phone is also preloaded with Panasonic VIERA remote utility, Hungama music, Gameloft gaming system and also Wechat messenger.
